With my family members, I stayed at hotel Swagatam in Bikaner from 27-28 December 2024. The Room was spacious, bathroom was neat and clean. We were accommodated in a spacious room with one double bed and one single bed for the three of us. It is a blend of classy heritage look with nice modern amenities. The owner Shri Ghanshyam ji is very humble and cooperative. We reached the hotel in early morning at 06.00 a.m and amazed to see that the owner Shri Ghanshyam Ji was waiting at the main gate to welcome us. He has arranged the early check-in which none of the hotel will provide. I would recommend this hotel ideal for staying in Bikaner, near Railway Station.
Good hotel for a budget stay, near the train station, just 3-4 mins walking distance, in a nice old Indian style house (haveli) which is close by the old city of bikaner, around 10 mins walking distance. The area was good, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants all around the place, so anything you need is out of the hotel door step. Staff are nice and really helpful, the only issue that only one of them who comes from the afternoon speaks good enough english to communicate, but that doesn't mean this is not amazing, The staff is one of the most amazing people I met in India.
