This is a great hotel. You have a virtual check-in, which was awesome. Its location is very close to a metro and also the walking distance. There’s plenty to see, plenty to do. I highly recommend this hotel.
Swiss Star? maybe Swiss Trash!!! unfortunately, the staff from the reception was not welcoming, the room was really bad, I don't know where "superior" is coming from, stains on the walls, stains on the chair, mold in the bathroom, and of course, no mountain views as advertised.
Some far away junkyard property converted to a hotel with no views. You can see the cars getting serviced from your room. Skip this property
