I recently stayed at Swosti Grand in Bhubaneswar, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers coming from the railway station, as it’s just a short walk away. The staff was extremely courteous and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were neat, spacious, and well-maintained. I found the bed to be very comfortable, and the room service was prompt and efficient.
Service by our old acquaintances like Kasim and Manjoor are excellent and we were extremely happy with the service. The food quality was same like 40 years back and excellent. Special mention about Smitarani who took good care of us. God bless you.
Stayed here for a couple of days. The rooms, service & the dining experience was very good. The hostesses were attentive to all our needs & attended with smiling face. Loved the food too.
