Hotel looks very nice, it is clean and pretty. Food was really really good. Dinner as well as breakfast. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Both ladies serving us dinner were very friendly, had a good sense of humor and gave us good recommendations. We also went to the spa- it is very small though but still nice. You have to make a reservation as it can accept 4 people at once, at the beginning we were 4 and then it was just the 2 of us, which was deinfitely nicer. To use the spa you need to have a shower hat and flip-flops.. If you don't, you need to buy at the spa (we bought shower hat for 3,5€). It would be nice if the spa offered water and tea. We would definitely come back to this hotel again.

The complete package: this hotel sits near one of the most beautiful regions of the park, with access to loads of places to visit and activities to do. The restaurant is also good, and the staff are very kind and friendly, always happy to help!

The hotel is charming and well located. It’s a old building that was well renovated. Rooms were very good, with a nice balcony with considerable space. The toilet could a bit better, as it had a bit of mould in the shower. The breakfast however is what made me give 4 star instead of 5. Fruit juices weren’t fresh, there were only one cheese option, eggs were dry, no fresh milk, coffee didn’t taste nice at all, and there was little variety beyond pastries and bread. It’s a shame, as there is a lot of regional products nearby, especially Honey, which the hotel just offered small jars imported from Spain. Both restaurant staff and the gentleman that did our check-in gave excellent service. However, our IDs were requested during check-in and there was no happy birthday wished to my partner, who celebrated her birthday two days before. It would be nice to have recognition. Hope the management sees that there’s room for improvement!
