Stayed three nights; April 3-6, 2025. Outstanding in every way. Service, food, room ( we stayed in The Berlin Palace) and location. Met the owner. So impressed. Staff person at front desk, Cedric, greeted us by our last name when we first arrived. We hadn't even said our name, but he overheard me call my husband by his first name, and from that he determined who we were. It was only 12noon, too early to check in, but Cedric said: Your room is ready! I wanted to hug him. We were so jet lagged from a long flight from the USA. I can't say enough ++ Would not stay anywhere else in this city.
We had the pleasure of staying here for a weekend. The rooms are beautiful and the location is perfect! The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend
A great hotel, less than 5 minutes from the main square and the cathedral. Very clean and comfortable, with helpful, cheerful staff and a great breakfast buffet.
