For the price and location, it’s a great deal—especially if you need to be close to the airport. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. That said, the breakfast was average and it lacks amenities like a gym or pool, which would’ve made it a 5-star stay.

[traducción abajo] THIS HOTEL DOES NOT OFFER AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE in spite third-party sites insinuating it does. Beware! Uber is cheaper (€7.75) than a regular taxi (€22). For some reason the staff won't tell you that (as they won't go the extra mile at all, not even the extra inch—pretty standard in Spain from what I experienced). RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: The site I booked on ABSOLUTELY DID NOT STATE THAT YOU DON'T OFFER A SHUTTLE FROM THE AIRPORT. Quite the opposite, it offered it as a choice. Furthermore, your site doesn't recommend taking an Uber which is way cheaper than a cab. Nobody is going to check your site if they book through a third party. People trust the site they're booking through to offer thorough information. Furthermore, your staff, like most places in Spain, couldn't care less about offering good service or addressing the problem. Take some responsibility for your shortcomings and make good on a poor user experience. Your excuses are BS!

One of the worst experiences I had as a customer of any business, not only hotels. I left money and passport in the room safe and a substantial amount was stolen (600€). While the lock logs show that 2 people entered the room while I wasn’t there (main maid and cleaning), the response from the personnel was just to accuse me of lying and to say that they blindly trust their employees. The manager sent me an email ASSERTING that I wasn’t robbed. I spent my few nights there feeling neglected, badly treated and in fear of getting robbed again and of course I spent hours until 3am in a police station filing a criminal complaint. If you don’t leave things in the safe, that will be their excuse in case of robbery. If you leave them inside the safe and somebody breaks in, opens the safe with a master key (very basic safe with no security features) and steals your money, they will align totally to make it look like you’re the thief. They even lied in the official complaint by saying that I changed my version about how much money I was robbed of. TRUTH only has one version. If you value your safety and want to avoid total and absolute disrespect and neglect from personnel, avoid staying here. Adding photos of the safe and the email from the manager denying everything and calling me a liar. Both the manager and the reception asserted to have the only master key for the safes so one of them are lying. Be careful if you’re staying here, it’s on your own risk.
