I'll never come back again. A hotel with no soap in the shower is not a hotel. For capuchino or espresso coffee in breakfast u will need to pay extra. For the same price u can get much better hotel in Fes.

Room is mediocre and not clean. Buffet started at 7.30 pm and ran out of food by 8 pm resulting in us starving. Wi-Fi is sketchy and doesn’t work sometimes. Do not recommend it’s terrible. Do not let your travel agency book this and tell you otherwise. I saw some dinner getting a grand buffet of a banana and an Apple selectively whilst the others went hungry

Don’t stay here. It’s overpriced, dirty, and seriously outdated. This is easily one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in Morocco. They claim it’s a 4stars hotel, but I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. The reception is dark and kitsch, the carpets in the hallways are old, stained, and full of cigarette burns. The rooms are just as bad and worn out, sheets and mattresses feel like they’re 20 years old. Even the curtains had cigarette burns. Breakfast was terrible barely edible. For over 70$ a night for a single room this place is a complete disappointment.
