the view is great and it’s a gorgeous hotel for cheap I totally recommend it it’s the best and one of the first made so if you want to check out history here is another place to go!! I love it so much this vacation had the best vibes best staff and perfect service the room was cozy and the places around the hotel were accessible!
A full service Hotel with a Big heart. Staff were amazing and attentive to all my needs. The food was excellent and the rooms spacious and clean. Edwardo at the front desk is at the top of his game and efficiently handles all situations. The pool was a nice place to swim and hang out and doubkes as a smoking area in the corner. The only thing that didn't work was the elevator so be prepared to walk the stairs. I would definitely recommend
Beds was full of bed bugs. Elevator is out of function forever. No warm water for shower. Breakfast is not included and is so pricey 200 pesos. The night shift is a gay man who is always drunk and does not help. They enter the room with a key and without permission.
