Hotel Tempo

I had an excellent night sleep, except one to mention that I had make that my door is closed properly, the slight problem with it, but manageable. Very polite staff members. I have enjoyed my breakfast 😋 Hotel, is looking good. Lots of car space. Lovely room and bathroom. I recommend to others too.

Nice and clean rooms, good food and service.

The hotel itself was nice, clean and cozy rooms with balconies. Had no issue with the hotel as a structure. Booked and paid for a room for two nights for my wife and myself while here on business. Unfortunately, due to business, I slept there the first night by myself, neither of us slept there the second night, and when we arrived in the morning to hang out before checkout, have breakfast and relax before driving back home, we had issues with the manager lady that was working in the morning. Even though I paid for my wife/I for two nights, she intercepted and wouldn't let her have breakfast without wanting to charge us an absurd amount of money (breakfast+pay double what we already paid for room), then when we said we just won't have breakfast that we already paid for, she kept trying to find ways to charge us money since my wife didn't get chance to sleep there. Wanted to charge us for water from the shower, which was never used. Manager lady was overall being rude and hostile about all of it then threatening to call security for pointing out how she was acting. If I paid for two nights for my wife and I, then it doesn't matter if we never show up at all; you got your money, it's paid for and if we're there or not is none of your business. The regular receptionists were great, nice and friendly, but the manager lady was everything but that; not sure why they have her running reception or dealing with customers at all.
