Hotel Tenera

I stayed at Hotel Tenera Bangi for 4 days and 3 nights for my convocation on 30 June 2025. I booked the Two-Bedroom Apartment in the Suites Tower. Overall, it was a really great experience, the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and I truly enjoyed it every morning. However, one of the air-conditioners in the apartment was a bit weak, even when set to 16°C, the room still felt warm. But the other rooms were perfectly fine, so it didn’t affect my overall comfort too much. I loved my stay here and would definitely come back again whenever I visit Bangi. Highly recommended 🥰

I stayed in this hotel recently and overall had a decent experience. However, one major downside was the room carpet — it had a noticeable unpleasant smell, which affected the comfort of the stay. Hope the management can look into deep cleaning or replacing the carpet to improve future guests’ experience. The surrounding cleanliness also needs improvement The breakfast buffet was good — great variety and everything was fresh and tasty.

Our stay at Tenera Hotel had both pleasant and disappointing aspects. On the positive side, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool was well maintained. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the convenience of being able to receive food deliveries at the lobby. However, there were several areas that need improvement. The parking situation was inconvenient — free parking was very limited with no security, and the paid parking lacked proper management despite a mandatory daily fee. Access should have been smoother and more guest-friendly. Additionally, we were disappointed with the in-suite facilities. We chose a suite for its kitchen amenities, expecting it to be suitable for longer stays. Unfortunately, no basic utensils, plates, or cooking equipment were provided. Guests are required to pay a deposit for these items, and risk losing it if the items are not returned in perfect condition. While the hospitality and general cleanliness were commendable, the lack of thoughtful amenities and inconvenient parking system made our experience less comfortable than expected.
