Not only for the benefits of the term although waters but the air the fisioterapy food people mostly the people wow an honor to be there
We had too many expectations that weren't fulfilled. We traveled to Urcuqui on the weekend and got an overpriced room even after negotiating with the hotel's staff, later due we are on winter we ended up running out of electricity and water due the stormy rain. I still recommend the hot springs aroundbut staying is not worth.
This place is a total let down. We arrived and none of the staff was anywhere to be found. When the receptionist (who is apparently also the restaurant cook) showed up she didn't greet us with a smile or anything of the sort. The pools are simply small man made pools with thermal water pumped into them. The biggest letdown was the "spa services" such as the massages and facials. Sure they its only $10 for a facial but it will be performed by the same person that will bring you your drinks at the restaurant next door. I will definitely not stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.
