From the reception desk, it was a pleasure. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Ana, Juan, and I don't know the name of the person who entertained us in the afternoon in the playground. We enjoyed the soccer field, the green esplanade with endless views, the pool area, and the galleries. The facilities are splendid; the gym equipment is very good, as is the game room. The style and decor are very pleasant, as is the aroma throughout. It was a family trip with children, so we didn't use the spa, and on the last day we wanted to book a massage, but they were all booked. The hotel has some minor humidity issues that are being repaired. We used the hot tub with my daughter, and it wasn't clean (it released a lot of impurities and scale), and the music is very eclectic (at the discretion of the staff). Without a doubt, choosing it. We were traveling for work but with the whole family. Even though it was winter and the hot springs were closed, this hotel made it a pleasure anyway.

We loved it because it wasn't a long trip and we were able to relax, eat delicious food, and enjoy a beautiful sunset. They treated us wonderfully, we loved the spa. (I recommend the massage with volcanic stones). We went to the hot springs, personally it's not what I liked the most. There could be many more pools with different temperatures, but the hotel is beautiful. Large and comfortable rooms. The shower was very good. The very complete breakfast. I would go again!
