I went to rate the hotel on Google, although I also rated it on Booking, because it is really necessary that many more people pay attention to this hotel. Before the actual stay, I checked the reviews and there were a few negative ones, so I paid attention myself when I arrived, and I can tell you that they were not true and that you should book this hotel without fear! The staff is very pleasant, understanding and always helpful. The girls at the reception are wonderful, the waiters and restaurant service of the hotel is at the level of a 5-star hotel, so very professional. I read that the hotel offers one price when booking and another when you arrive, AGAIN INCORRECT! It is clear, both on the booking and on the hotel's website, what is charged additionally, what is included in the price, and I also received an email in which I had an additional offer for the swimming pools and for the dinner option. Unfortunately, people book without further information or READ the descriptions. When you plan your visit, just read everything carefully and there won't be any problems because I really never had any problem or inconvenience at any point. I am even more than positively surprised. The food in the hotel is fantastic, always hot and fresh, there are vegetarian options, and if you have a special request, you can ask for it and be sure that the kitchen will make it for you. whoever wants a real vacation, this is the ideal place for it, without the hustle and bustle of the city in a quiet area :)

Excellent implementation of horeca service. Highly suggested. Really great food. Coffee, sweets, everything. Extremely clean, well thought, well arranged, designed and serviced. VERY reasonable pricing. Above all, great people. Surprising details: orange juice in breakfast is actual real fresh orange juice. They have non alcoholic beer which is kind of unheard of in Serbia even in mainstream areas, and one of the good brands actually which i never saw served before elsewhere.

Recently renovated with a decent entrance and an even better interior. Giving mildly posh but bearable vibes. Visited their restaurant and servers were pleasant both times. However, I'd recommend working on the menu and the cooking (not many vegetarian/vegan/lower calorie options, stale desserts). Okay prices. The location isn't the best :/ Hopefully it remains clean!
