Hotel Terme Jezercica

Not a bad thermal baths, one of the few in the area where the water temperature is warm enough to be called a thermal bath. The only disadvantage is that there is no outdoor winter pool, you can only swim outside in warm weather.

The facilities were decent, and the location was nice, but unfortunately the staff’s attitude at the restaurant and lobby bar ruined the experience for me. I was given incorrect information about where to get drinks included in the meal I had prepaid, and when I followed the instructions I received, I was treated as if I were lying or being difficult. The dismissive and disrespectful tone from multiple employees — including a supervisor — made me feel embarrassed. It’s not about the drink. After all I didn’t even touch the meal I had already paid for because I lost my appetite. It’s about how people are spoken to. A little empathy and respect goes a long way. Never again.

The location is nice to stay the day. A bit pricey! The big problem is that all the chairs are taken from ppl that are not using them. They put their towels and they feel like they conquest a territory, it’s like a victory! Then, they come back to the pool… very selfish ppl unfortunately. Ppl take chairs for kids, we all know kids don’t even seat here with all water attractions. The Hotel should have a system to control how many chairs ppl can take, or decrease the ticket price and charge per chair, so ppl would buy only what they really will use. The restaurant just allowed to seat outside if you order coffee and cake/pancake, it’s really warm outside (covered area) and they don’t have any cheap fan, so it becomes a unpleasant sauna!
