We stayed in a suite very comfortable, spacious, and with a beautiful view. We booked the full-board package and were impressed with the quality: breakfast had a wide range from omelettes to fresh fruit (rare in Italy!), lunch buffet offered a great selection of dishes and desserts, and dinner included a buffet of starters plus menu choices for meat, fish, and vegan options. The swimming pools are fantastic, with both adults-only areas for relaxing and family zones for fun. The spa is excellent, and the service especially at reception is outstanding. A perfect holiday we’ll gladly return!

We recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Hotel Mioni Pezzato & SPA in Abano Terme, and overall, it was a truly wonderful and rejuvenating experience. Highlights include the Exceptional Spa Facilities: The variety and quality of the thermal pools were truly impressive. From the indoor pools to the outdoor thermal circuit, every area was well-maintained, clean, and inviting. The thermal water treatments left us feeling completely relaxed and revitalized. Our very comfortable suite: Our room was spacious, elegantly furnished, an abundance of storage and extremely quiet — ideal for a restful stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and we appreciated the daily housekeeping that kept everything spotless. Service & Staff: The staff were consistently professional, courteous, and eager to assist; very focused on providing a wonderful guests experience. Whether it was at the reception, the spa, or housekeeping, everyone contributed to making our stay as pleasant as possible. Atmosphere: The hotel offers a calming ambiance, perfect for couples or anyone seeking wellness and relaxation. The tasteful decor and lush garden surroundings added to the overall tranquil setting. The gardens really were an oasis of calmness in which even our kids enjoyed it. Area for Improvement: Restaurant Layout & Buffet Traffic: The only downside we experienced was in the main restaurant area. While the food quality was good, the layout of the buffet area felt crowded and busy, especially during peak hours. There was quite a bit of foot traffic and movement around the buffet, which took away from what could have been a more relaxed dining experience. A redesign of the space or improved flow control could make a big difference.

It’s not about service or food. It was average. But my wife two days before our departure slipped on the wet floor in the elevator and broke her knee cap. Management is not paying attention that people coming back from the pools wet, dripping water on the stone floor in elevator. But most upsetting was attitude of administration to this event. They not only didn’t ask us how to help, but from the beginning let us know that they are not responsible for what happened and have nothing to do with it. They even refused to provide us with an accident report. It happened six months ago and my wife is still recovering after surgery. In our view the most important what you would expect from the hotel it’s help when it’s needed. There are many good hotels in Abano and we wouldn’t recommend this one. PS. After we published this review, hotel reached out to us with apologies. They promised to make sure to avoid similar incidents in the future and to improve communication skills of the staff PS Eleven month after review we received response from hotel which stated that we’d asked for full reimbursement for medical treatment and hotel stay. It is completely not true. We didn’t ask for any money, it opposite: hotel was trying to bribe us with €500 to remove our review. We have multiple e-mails from hotel administration harassing us with this offer. Finally we even asked to leave us alone, promising otherwise to publish their e-mails. Bottom line: accident happened because elevator floor was wet and we asked to prevent such accidents in the future. It’s very sad that hotel administration is behaving in a such dishonest way
