Hotel Terme Roma

Good hotel in the city centre. Very comfortable pools that are open until late in the evening. The breakfasts are sufficient. I would like to make a special mention of the spa and mud therapy centre with professional and pleasant staff. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed. There is parking on site. The staff at the reception is very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Lyudmila for her help at the time of booking, and for her advice. We definitely want to come back.

I don't like it at all, there's no feeling that i was in 4-stars hotel. Rooms are old-fashioned, towels were dirty, the bath door was broken. Pluses are that breakfast was not so bad, but that is NOT the 4-stars hotel.

Short part: The price is fair. The hotel has various activities/events. There are some security hazards. Staff is extremely nice. Wheelchair friendly. Food is good. There is parking. If you want to have a perfect and luxurious vacation I do not recommend coming here, if you want to just enjoy a few days and do not care about the little details this is the place for you. I recommend advising staff about any food allergies you may have In more detail: At first sight this hotel presents itself as a 4 star hotel but when looking more in detail i would lower it to 3 stars. First of all it has numerous security and health violations. Example: 1 lifeguard in 3 pools, shower safety cords tied up, some plates, bathrobes and mini fridges are dirty and the fire resistant doors are not connected to the magnet. Secondly there are a lot of signs showing that the hotel is getting old, broken door handles, cracked light bulbs. Now for the good things; they have daily events, my favourite one is the gala dinner, it has awesome food and a pianist, the dinner is very formal (Some photos below), they also have very good food at all times. The hotel has 2 pools (1 on the rooftop and 1 at the 1st floor with and exterior part too), 3 types of saunas, massage rooms, mud therapy, a lounge, a dining room, a bar, parking space, acqua gym, relax rooms, and various activities. The hotel also offers free bikes and has a gym. The location is nice with a lot of green around it and various shops. The staff are extremely friendly and social, they help out in any way they can with any request you may have and are always eager to meet new guests. I recommend making the walls/ceiling sound proof, there is too much noise disturbance included a continuous noise near the parking lot. I also highly recommend advising staff about any food allergies you may have as there aren't any visible food posts/warnings. The price is fair. And it is wheelchair friendly. In the end if you want to have a perfect and luxurious vacation I do not recommend coming here, if you want to just enjoy a few days and do not care about the little details this is the place for you.
