Hotel Terme Salvarola

Wonderful Experience at Hotel Terme Salmevarola, with an Outstanding Federica! I recently stayed at Hotel Terme Salvarola, and I must say the overall experience was outstanding. The hotel itself offers a wonderful ambiance, but what truly made my stay special was Ms. Federica. Federica is absolutely incredible! Her professionalism and warmth are truly commendable. She was always ready to assist with any question or request, and her personal touch and genuine desire to make me feel comfortable were evident from the very beginning. Whether it was advice on local attractions or help with reservations, Federica handled everything with a smile and efficiency. She truly is a key person who contributes to the hotel's positive atmosphere. I highly recommend Hotel Terme Salvarola to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and thanks to Federica, I'm confident your experience will be just as memorable. I can't wait to return!

I had an amazing relaxing time here, great staff and facilities!

We were welcomed very warmly at the reception. The hotel looks nice, but it seems empty. The restaurant says closed maybe because they have less guest. And the room that we got was not good. Firstly the fridge was not working and we had food that need to be cold, but the lady at the reception was nice to offer us that they put it in their fridge. But then in the evening we realised that the aircon is not also working, and it's summer . We couldn't sleep well the whole night. And when we told the reception in the morning .She said mostly of the rooms are rennovated but room 104 had always an issue. So in the first place if you have many available rooms i guess . It would have been nice if you gave us a different room. But of course it was not the case so it was disappointing.
