Hotel Terme Sveti Martin

The location and natural surroundings of the thermal resort are absolutely perfect – peaceful, green, and ideal for relaxation. The pools and accommodation are excellent, clean, and well-maintained. The food is good if you manage to get to it in time. Unfortunately, everything closes about 30 minutes earlier than advertised. We tried several times to have dinner, even in nearby pubs, arriving around 9:20 PM, only to find that kitchens were already closed – despite signs stating they operate until 10 PM.

Suroundongs and appartmanet are very nice. Only the kitchen had a strange smell and it was not vacumed although we were told app is ready. The minor comment is also that we were assigned for later group for dinner , starting from 19:45-21h although we are family with kids ( youngest one is 3 years old) which is bit unproffesional. The facilites are nice and narure is beautiful.

Hotel room is clean and spacious, pool area is beautiful and spa is great and location is idyllic. Restaurant food did not had any vegetarian hot main meal food option - waiters are rude and uninformed ( one waiter asked a small piece of paper to check am I allowed to eat without checking the system or calling reception where I repeatedly said pls check your systems) So have to run and find that paper to eat my already paid dinner. Reception confirmed that it was not required. Dinner timing was up until 9 pm. We reached at 8:30pm - most of the stuff was empty and staff was already removing them - coffee or hot drinks were not working. Sanjeev - chef came to rescue and prepared something so we could have our dinner else no food that night due to other hotel staff
