Staff and location are very nice. Super pleasant staff thats very accomodating. You have walking distance to almost anything. Heart of Ljungby. Room had some minor dirty spot (hair on walls, silver fish in the gym, some other minor) nothing too bad but still noticeable.
Well it was quite warm as the rooms didn't have any air conditioning, but we survived thanks to the provided fan and an open window. I also much appreciated the fact that the toilets had lockable doors, a luxury many hotels seem to forget. The breakfast and the gym was good
I booked a room when we get there for check in there was no staff for check in then we spoke with someone by phone he said (listen we cant help you) That was so rude ever
