A beautiful modern property. The staff was very helpful, and arranged a couple of day tours for us. Since our stay was after the summer season, the hotel was practically empty. The one disadvantage was the location. On the far end of town it was at 20-30 minute walk to the central area, or a $2 to $3 taxi ride. The dinner menu was fairly limited, although the food was excellent. Our stay included breakfast, which was very good.

I researched hotels in Puerto Madryn before our trip and none of them came across as super special or memorable, and ended up choosing the Hotel Territorio and am so glad we did! The hotel is located a little off the main strip (5 minute drive to downtown) right in front of the beach. The hotel was built in the past 10 years and you can tell the care that was taken with the design and decoration, including many local crafts and books. The real highlight of the stay for us was Fernando, the front desk manager. He had really good advice about dining, activities and sites and presented them all in a super friendly and engaging way, going well beyond normal hotel service. The room was comfortable, clean and attractive. Breakfast was great and featured a wide range of breads, cakes, fruit, juices, yogurts, cereals, ham and cheese etc. Would recommend the hotel to others.

This hotel is a scam! I don't write google reviews, but they really crossed the line. I changed my reservation from 3 days to 1 day many weeks before the modification deadline. They have confirmed the change in the email and said will issue a refund, but they never did! It has been 4 months. I have reached out through emails, phone calls and talking to them in person, they just came up different excuses not to address the issue. So far the excuses I got are: the financial person missed the email, the financial person is not working, the boss is not around, I am just a front desk person and can't make a decision. Really a shame. Plus, wifi was not working, no facilities are running, and the food was terrible.
