I have no idea why this is rated lower that 4.8 to account for some grumblers. Super clean, friendly, beautiful and quite elegant for a three star. Nice lighting lots of space especially if you pop for the bigger room. Will be staying again at end of trek and looking forward. Great location, staff all around really nice for a casual hotel.
I am working with bangladesh tours and travels, i did six programmes in the hall, service is so excelent ,an the staff are so familiar. Chairman krishna sir manage so well , my giest were so happy, minster were there to attain my programme at april 12 they were so happy . Excellent service, Excellent chef and fnb department,housekeeping was so co operative . I will give this hotel ***** .
I had booked a room in the garden area of Hotel Thamel Park, expecting a peaceful stay. Unfortunately, the experience was quite the opposite. The staff at the spa, especially the girls, were constantly shouting on their phones and speaking very loudly on loudspeakers. It was extremely unprofessional and disruptive to guests trying to relax. This completely ruined the calm atmosphere one would expect in such a setting. My honest suggestion: avoid this hotel if you're looking for peace and quiet. There are better options nearby.
