Good to stay near BIEC. We can say it is just okay stay and value for money.
They don't have anything for food. Service standard is very low. No manager is available to listen or understand any issue. The hotel is run by service staff only. They don't even have a feedback form to give feedback.
Very bad room and bathroom also.The water is coming in very slowly. This is not the real problem.We had taken a complementary breakfast for around 250 rupees per person. But the hotel does not have a restaurant. The food voucher they gave us to eat at another hotel is worth only 160 rupees per person. If we eat more than that, we have to pay in cash. They do not even tell us that exactly. funniest thing is that they got 4 star rating in make my trip.
