Lovely location right by the beach and plenty of bars / restaurants within walking distance. It’s not too loud nearby which is nice. Very accessible to the airport. The rooms are quite spacious, many with balconies, comfy beds as well! Service was friendly.
All 5 stars are thanks to the lovely receptionist Beatrice! She really made our stay wonderful! She took so much time to give us personalised recommendations and advice for what to visit, where to shop, and where to eat. Our trip wouldn't have been as nice without her! She is an asset to this hotel and I hope they appreciate her!
Stayed recently for a short break. Location is great, short bus ride from the airport with bus stop directly behind the hotel. Bus rides straight into Palma town too which was perfect. Hotel has 2 outdoor pools, 1 overlooking the beach which was beautiful. Staff and service were great, we had cocktails overlooking the beach on 3 days which were tasty and very reasonably priced. Room was great, lots of storage space, balcony overlooked the beach which again was lovely. Amenities can be asked downstairs at reception, shower was great with no issues at all. Walls are slightly thin so you can hear your neighbouring rooms but it wasn’t too much of an issue. Would stay again
