A wonderful week. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the seafront and its shops and restaurants The kindness, helpfulness, and smiles of every employee, including the manager, are truly appreciated. We will return in winter to see this island in bloom

"Pretty much a dated place with not really comfortable beds, but it has a nice cool pool. The atmosphere is lively, and the staff is very friendly, always ready with another drink. 😉"

Many of the advertised facilities were not actually open (snacks bar, creperie). So waste of money being all inclusive. Also couldn't get any alcoholic drinks till past 6pm. Safety concerns such as leaving wires and tubes all around the pool (from a cleaning unit that had been left out) when it was dark with no lighting, we had to try and find our way over the wires/pipes with a pram about a foot away from the pool in the dark. None of our towels, bedding or mugs were changed for the whole week. Luckily we had brought 4 of our own towels with us so made do. Had to ask 4 times for a travel cot, but was a good cot when it did arrive. The location wasn't bad, 10 min walk to the beach. Also they only speak Spanish/french so wouldn't advise going if you're not fluent in either of these. All the entertainment is in french, great for them but would've been good to know beforehand, I wouldn't have booked it. Thankfully the area was nice, so we ended up eating out for 70% of the time. We have a 2yr old so dinner only just starting at 7pm didn't really work for us.
