Hotel The Celestine Tokyo Shiba

I adore this hotel. The rooms are smaller but functional. Beds are super comfy. Big soaking tub for the end of a long day. Breakfast is amazing so if not included just pay for it. You won’t find this much fruit anywhere else in Japan! Staff are always happy to help. Iron in the room, not upon request. Ask for a room with a Mt Fuji view! The courtyard and lounge communal space is a great feature. Shiba park around the corner is also great for finding zen in the middle of the city. Can’t recommend this place enough.

We went there in January. The hotel is perfectly located as there are many metro lines nearby. You can access the whole city really easily. The staff was really kind. Room was nice, but it was complicated to open 2 suitcases as the room wasn’t really big. (I guess it’s something usual in Tokyo) The view was also really fine. We could see the Mount Fuji. Would definitely come back if I had the opportunity 🥰 thanks !

We had a wonderful stay at this Hotel Celestine. We were greeted and checked in by Saori T and bonded over our connections to Canada. They were very pleasant to interact with, and the hotel had a complimentary afternoon happy hour with drinks and snacks. Closeby a transit subway station as well, convenient for travellers. As English speakers, it was very easy to communicate with the hotel staff as well. Will gladly look to stay here again when I’m back in Tokyo. Thank you!
