From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well cared for. Every team member was courteous, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring our experience was perfect. The culinary offerings were truly impressive—each dish was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and made with the freshest ingredients. Whether it was the breakfast buffet, room service, or à la carte dining, every meal was a delight. Special thanks to the chef and kitchen team for accommodating our dietary preferences with such care. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff stood out the most. They were always available, prompt, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Nice hotel. The rooms are large and well kept. Bathroom is also comfortable. Roof top restaurant is reasonably ok. It gives a good view of the Fort, which looks grand because of lights. It's worth to have dinner at night. There is enough car parking in the open under shed.

It's overall a fine experience but some things need for an update for example, the restaurant offers a very limited number of options in the breakfast menu with no live counter experience. As well as they served in very ordinary cutlery which doesn't match with the vibe. Rooftop swimming pool is great but only positioning wise because it's lack of clear water. I stay there for 2nd time and got little disappointed with the newly hired staff members.
