Reasonably priced hotel if you don't want to stay in the ski resorts. The room was great, has a big space and it's very clean. It doesn't have a ramp at their entrance so we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs to their lobby at level 2 (we took a taxi), only to find out there's also an entrance through the car park at level 1. It's a shame I didn't manage to take any pictures of the place, we got a room next to the river (which is undergoing transformation with snow machines for the PyeongChang Snow Festival) with a nice view of Hoenggye town. But the picture shown by the rest and even the owner are accurate, so no worries if you are planning to stay here.
Large and very clean room suitable for a family. There are two bathrooms, therefore the kids can have their own bathroom. They provide complete aminities and sufficent towels. I preferred to stay here rather than the ski resort since the price is cheaper and there are lots of other things to see and do in the evening after the daytime ski.
Hotel doesn't even take time to answer (multiple) emails. Not customer friendly and plainly rude.
