I stayed for 5 nights with my mum. We were a bit worried because of the reviews and look of the enterance when you go in, but the staff and rooms were all very nice (there is hot water) ! They were very accommodative and one of the men at reception even took us to a local fried chicken restaurant in the area and helped us order, very nice people ! Would recommended, do not listen to bad reviews - probably very fussy / fancy people. Great for the price.

I stayed in room 1007 of this hotel from June 10 to 14. I checked out at 11am on the 14th and left my luggage at the counter. The counter staff was JJ. I went back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 3pm. The shuttle bus arrived at about 4pm. After returning to Taiwan, I lost a black cosmetic bag in the locker under the hotel sink. I called the hotel and they said they didn't have it. I was very angry at the time. How could such cheap cosmetics be lost? It was really shocking. I had a very bad impression of this hotel. I still remember that the cleaning lady on the 10th floor was Thai.
