We had a wonderful experience. Their hospitality was amazing. Though the menu list was lesss food was delicious. Everyday they cleaned and the rooms were clean and tidy. Their travel agent was very helpful. Thank u for the management for making our trip more memorable at Delhi
Great Family-Friendly Hotel We had a very good experience staying at this hotel with our family. The environment is clean, safe, and perfect for families. Special thanks to Mr. Zubair at the front desk — he was very polite, professional, and always ready to help. His excellent service made our stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with family. We look forward to staying here again.
Overpriced, unhygienic, noisy, and rude staff — avoid this place! Quoted ₹2500 with breakfast — once in person, once on call 3 days before our visit. On the day before arrival? Boom: ₹3500 with breakfast. Classic bait-and-switch. Zero transparency. Room looked fine at first glance, but the AC vent constantly blasted dust — I was on allergy meds my entire 5-day stay. Structure-wise? A total disaster. You enter your room through a massive fire exit door shared by everyone on the floor. Every time it opened or shut, our room door would bang loudly like someone kicked it. Absolutely no sound insulation. Sleep? What’s that? They also had rooftop construction going on — and still had the audacity to put us, a family with a small kid, on the top floor! No warning, no apology, no compensation. If you’re doing noisy renovations, either pause bookings or don’t dump families in the middle of it. Now the biggest turn-off — a front desk guy (fat, moustached, i found him in one of our mirror selfie) with zero manners and even less professionalism. • I asked why the hotel is always sold out on Agoda. His reply? “Madam, aap kyu Agoda Agoda bolke mera dimaag kha rahe ho? Band kar diya, kya kar loge?” • When my husband asked for a C-form (mandatory for foreigners), the same guy argued, “kisi ko nahi chahiye, aapko kyu chahiye?” — then gave it after unnecessary drama. • And guess what? When we were checking out, he suddenly started acting all sweet — because the owner was present. Two-faced much? Dear owner, if you’re reading this: your rooms are tolerable, but your front desk guy is not. He’s killing your reputation. Hire educated staff who understand what hospitality means. This one behaves like he’s running a shady dhaba, not a hotel. Never again. Not recommended.
