We spent 4 nights in this hotel with my family. The place is nice and the location is really strategic to go around the city, from the old to the new neighborhoods. Breakfast is good but the real added value is the staff who is efficient and professional: we, in particular, met Rasha, an extremely gentle lady who took care of us daily. I recommend it!
A perfect stay from start to finish! I have to highlight the exceptional quality of the breakfast generous, varied, and made with fresh ingredients. What truly makes the experience unique is the service. A special mention to Mrs. Racha, Her warmth and professionalism make all the difference she takes care of every guest with such generosity that you instantly feel at home.
The rooms were clean and comfy, but not super soundproof. The location is amazing though—Istiklal Street is literally right behind the hotel, so you're right in the middle of all the action. Breakfast was really nice—warm omelets and pancakes made fresh to order. Breakfast is served on the terrace, which is such a lovely way to start the day. Definitely recommend this hotel for a family holiday!
