Hotel The Royal Plaza

This hotel provided a truly exceptional experience during my recent stay. The luxurious accommodations were impeccably clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after a busy day. The staff demonstrated remarkable attentiveness and professionalism, always ready to assist with a smile. Dining at the hotel was a true pleasure, with delicious cuisine and elegant presentation. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

A decent hotel with very cooperative staff, but the property itself is in need of a serious makeover. The furniture is old, some tiles are broken, and the bed linens have an unpleasant smell. The washroom was not clean and overall, it doesn't meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. The location is also not ideal, which likely explains why it's one of the cheapest options in the 4-star category. On a positive note, the breakfast is fairly good, and for the price—especially during offers—it can be an acceptable choice for a short stay.

Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel feels very third-class, and the room quality reflects that—small, cramped, and poorly maintained. The mattress was uncomfortable, and I could hear disturbing noises all night, likely due to bad soundproofing. Housekeeping and room service were practically non-existent. Despite repeated requests, they were unresponsive throughout my stay. During check-in, I noticed only one charging socket in the room. I requested an extension at least 10–15 times, but the hotel management ignored my requests. On the day of checkout, they finally provided an extension, but it didn’t even work. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, showing no concern for guest satisfaction. Overall, I had a very unpleasant experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
