Great location! You can easily walk to the airport from there. Breakfast is included, but not very good. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and the shower water is hot. You can park your car in their private, gated parking lot for free while staying there and for $5 per day for long-term. We flew to the Galapagos and left our rental car there while we were away and it was great and much cheaper than airport parking!
Highly recommend. It is very close to the airport $2 , or if you want you can walk. It is walking distance from Mall Del Sol, which has everything you could need The hotel is beautiful and the owners are super friendly and helpful. It is secure, and someone is always available to help. The showers are powerful and have hot water. WiFi is really good.
The pros: walkable to the airport. The air con works well. The room was clean and there was plenty of storage (I was only there one night so I didn't even unpack) and a mini-bar with some beverages (not sure of their cost). The cons: The outside no longer has the name on the window as shown in Google maps. I arrived around 6pm and it's one of those places where you have to ring the doorbell. No big deal. The lady that let me in asked if I had a reservation. I gave her my name. She didn't look up anything in a computer or look through any paperwork. Then, she asked me to show her my reservation. So I pulled open the reservation. She made a call to someone, who seemed to confirm that I had a room, because she asked them what room she should put me in. She takes me upstairs, opens the room and gets me on the wifi. THEN - she doesn't give me the room key, and then she gives me the money symbol with her hand, like I need to pay for the room (which I already did on my credit card). I told her I already paid, and she asked how? By cash or card? I told her on my card, and she said if I paid by card, I had to pay more when I got there. I asked how much, and she said $80. The room isn't even $80. She started to make another call and she shut the door, still without giving me the room key. I expected it to be sorted in a few minutes, so I waited in the room. Over an hour later, and she didn't return. I went downstairs to see what's going on and she's just sitting in a chair watching videos on her phone. She gives me the key to the room and says nothing else. Not how to get in the building (usually, places give you the room key and an external key so you don't have to ring the bell) nor how to get out of the building. I had an early flight and spent around 5-10 minutes finding the button to open the front door. I booked this because of all the great reviews on all sites, and it does not meet up with any of them! Whoever was working Saturday, April 19th, 2025 should not work in hospitality!
