Hotel The Touch Puerto Banús

The hotel was absolutely incredible. The hotel staff was very warm and helpful, which made it very easy to feel like home! The room was large with plenty of closet space - including drawers in the bathroom! Property is very close to the beach - I walked there every morning and every evening for sunset. The beach itself is so lovely. You can easily have a long or short walk on the boardwalk. I spent every night walking the beach. Such a truly wonderful hotel. I will absolutely come back!! The terrace had beautiful views, A/C fully functional (and can keep the room cold!), and while they encourage you to limit water consumption during the evening, (for responsible water conservation) it's there if you need it. Thank you again to the wonderful staff there!!! You made my stay very magical and I can't wait to come back :) :) Feels like home. My only regret is I don't have photos of the room!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the atmosphere is truly inviting. A special shoutout to Fran and Roberta, who were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure all my requests were met with a smile. Their kindness and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning. Not sure why all the bad reviews. Stayed here for a week. There is water at night it’s just reduced flow due the drought in Spain. The rooms are massive with a huge bed. A lovely terrace to get the sun. The hotel is small so it’s nice and quiet around the pool. Would definitely stay again
