Staff are very friendly even though they speak little English. Breakfast is delicious with a wide choice, eggs cooked according to your preference. One reception staff helped take photos of me, we had a giggle because she knows I love photos. A warm and caring hotel, highly recommended!
Stayed here for our first anniversary. We got the room for the high floor with a city view. The breakfast buffet was delicious and I love their coffee the most. They also have various of amenities to choose from bath salt, lotions, and beauty essentials in the front desk.
Not the best interior, but very thoughtful, they equipped from type-c to iphone charging, also LOADS of plugs. Space is a lot bigger than most of the hotels in Japan, sound proved, house cleaning is very neat. Nothing to complain about, but really far from most 駅s, you'll need a car or taxi to get here.
