Hotel Theatro City Center

The hotel is very nice and clean. It is situated nearby the center of the city and accessible on foot. It is 20 min from the airport and 10 min from the bus terminal by car. The staff is very friendly. The reception provided us with all the help needed (like and iron for our clothes, printing our boarding passes as the airport doesn’t yet have electronic boarding pass readers, and calling a taxi for us). The breakfast although not very varied was sufficient and very good (I would put a coffee machine though as the filter coffee is very very light). And the glass bathroom wall was flouted so it didn’t really bother me and my husband. The only thing I would do would be to put anti mosquito devices in every room because I slept very poorly due to a mosquito biting me the whole night. Even with that unpleasant experience for me, my husband slept very well and we found the place very nice. We highly recommend.

I recently stayed at Theatro Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant and unique, with a beautiful blend of modern comfort and theatrical charm. My room was spotless, and incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the quiet, relaxing environment. The location is also excellent—close to center and everything but still peaceful and private. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the service throughout my stay was consistently outstanding. I felt truly looked after and would highly recommend Theatro Hotel to anyone looking for a special, memorable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Room was too small for 2 people and the bathroom had transparent walls. Could not get the air conditioning to work in the room. Mattress was sinking on one side. Furniture in reception was not clean. Breakfast could be improved
