While a bit off the beaten path, great skibus connections are right there within literally seconds. But what is striking is the great spirit throughout the entire staff. They are the most welcoming, attentative and also humorous people I have ever come across in Austria over numerous visits. The facility itself is of good standard. Breakfast and dinner were well above expectations, even considering the room rate which was a bit on the high side. Our group's ruling was that we got good value for the money we spent.
A very cosy, family owned and runned Hotel with Sauna, Indoor Pool and Half-Pension (Breakfast and Dinner) in a typical Austrian (more specifically: Tirol) cuisine.. I would definitely recommend it and would come here again next time. PS: the Hotel is about 5 min away from Mayrhofen with a Train. The Train Station is about 4-5 min walk from the hotel.
