Hotel Therme Bad Teinach

We decided to stay at the hotel to get a chance at seeing the Black forest. The Hotel was gorgeous. The spa was the highlight of our stay. We loved the facilities and different options. The areas were all quiet, very clean and peaceful. The staf were kind and attentive, always making sure we felt welcomed. Especially the staff at reception, the restaurant and in the bar. Their service was warm and professional. The rooms were comfortable and the entire atmosphere calm and relaxing. We would happily return and recommend.

Went for coffee and cake only. Lovely setting, friendly and attentive staff. Great cake and very good Eiskaffee! Definitely would come again!

J briebach , the receptionist , was unfriendly. I told her the WiFi doesn't work in the room. She said the technician said it was fine but it still didn't work. WiFi also doesn't work on the 3rd floor. Ypon checkout, she asked how the wifi was. That's a tad too late. We were locked out of our room 1 day. Went to the reception, she reprogrammed the cards but they still didn't work. J fernandaz waiter very friendly and efficient. W Braun waiter was attentive. The young male Waiters and 1 young female waitress spent a lot of time chatting with 1 another and a lot of plates were not cleared. They would look but somehow couldn't see the many dirty plates that had to be cleared. Food was restaurant was generally good (except the fish on Thursday night, shown in receipt). Salmon was great. Overall, it was a great place to go. Will b back. Pina colada was great. Room smelt a little.
