Great! location in Fira for exploring Santorini island. Very genuine, professional & courteous stuff. Great hotel and kind staff. Amzing location with reasonable warm pool and rooftop with great sunset. Team can help you carrying back your lugguage to pick up location :) as often in santorini price are never cheap
Terrible experience!!!! Zero care for humans who paid for the room. They only value money over human life. Due to earthquakes and possible volcanic activity we were not able to actually stay here. The hotel refused to help in anyway. Instead they lied and pretended everything was normal during a state of emergency! Ruthless people! Avoid this place!!!!!!!! They pretended everything was fine when the island is evacuated. All to keep our money. Be warned! Stay away!!!!!
