The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and pampered throughout my stay. If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and exceptional service all in one place—this is it. I can’t wait to come back!

Hotel Three Sixty is, by far, the best hotel we've ever stayed at in our travels all around the world. I was in touch with them with plenty of questions before our stay, and they were extremely helpful and detailed, ensuring we'd be well taken care of. Fast forward to check-in and we were more impressed than ever! We were greeted with delicious homemade juice and cold towels, shown to our room which was made up special for our anniversary that we were celebrating, and a pre-ordered dinner so we could eat even though we got in rather late! From there, we were taken care of in every way: the hotel staff booked all of our experiences and transport, and made excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat! It felt like we never lifted a finger the whole time--we were taken care of so personally with attention to what we liked and preferred. Our villa was pristine, the view was spectacular, and so cozy to return to after a long day of Costa Rican adventures. We also got massages at the spa and those were some of the best we've had! The therapists were experts and took great care of me especially since I needed a prenatal massage. We want to specifically mention the staff members who made such a special impression on us with their professionalism and friendliness: Andrés, William, Christian, Jefferson, Alexa, Paola, and of course our driver who transported us to and from the airport and some of our experiences, Gerardo. We were so sad to say goodbye to them at the end of our stay! Our stay was made so much better by the Hotel Three Sixty staff! We had the best time in Costa Rica, and can't say enough good things about Hotel Three Sixty. Thank you for taking such good care of us and making our stay 10 out of 10!

We had a phenomenal stay at Hotel Three Sixty for our anniversary. It truly is a magnificent place to relax and enjoy the scenery! The sunsets were absolutely stunning! Each of the staff members were very polite, always going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional! We highly recommend the spa and are most of our meals at the restaurant on site. The food was delicious!! We can’t wait to visit again in the future and bring some friends with us! Thank you, Hotel Three Sixty for an unforgettable getaway!
