Hotel Tide Phuket

I recently stayed at Tide Hotel Beachfront, and It is absolutely fantastic! The customer service was top-notch. Belinda and Nat at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She even recommended some fantastic local spots to check out! The beach view from our room was breathtaking, and the staff treated us like family. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, this is the place to be! 🌴✨

What an amazing experience at Tide Hotel Beachfront! The highlight was definitely the staff. Fai was incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a warm smile. Her attention to detail made our stay so enjoyable! The hotel itself is beautiful, with easy access to the beach and great amenities. I highly recommend this place if you want to feel pampered and enjoy some sun! 🌞💖

Stay one night in this hotel before getting boat to Phi Phi island. In general normal hotel in very quite zone. It's not so new as it looks on the images, but fine after all. Staff was nice, but no more. Had some kind of impression that they were tired. Also in the hotel they have some kind of deposit, that they return after check-out. Haven't seen anything like this for a long time (a bit weird). Swimming pools looks dirty (look at attached image). There is 7eleven in the nearest village, something like 2 km on foot. Cafe in 100 meters, but in late May it was already closed. Restaurant at the hotel was fine.
