If you are planning to explore San Miguel de Allende or visiting again, I highly recommend you consider this exceptional Expedia option for your stay needs. Outstanding service provided by Gloria (100% Spanish) and Fernando (bilingual), they never once hesitated to be generous in assistance. The home is handsomely appointed with lovely decorations. A steep walk is involved, which is fun for heading into town but will be a challenge upon returning; taxi options are $80-120 pesos to return from the downtown or other areas. Please consider this your home away from home!

What a beautiful boutique hotel. The surroundings are tastefully decorated and very clean. It was quiet, and the rooftop terrace offered a beautiful sunset view over the city.  A delicious breakfast was included in the price. The bed was comfy, and I loved the bathtub. The host and staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here - a beautiful hotel to compliment a beautiful town. It is a steep walk uphill to get to the hotel from el centro. I don't mind walking and I'm fairly fit, but luckily for those who are not in good shape, there are plenty of buses and taxis around.

The staff was very friendly and the decoration of the room was cute. Lovely view from its rooftop. One thing I could complain about was its location was up on a steep hill and really need a hike to get there. Definitely get a ride there if you are carrying luggage.
