Hotel Tiffany Milano

Nice hotel, however, we expected a little bit more in terms of room facilities: fan (for hair) didn’t work, the water in shower was slightly warm with no possibility to make it hot, the climate system also didn’t seem to be regulated (it was cold so we had to use a blanket, thankfully, it was in the wardrobe). Sound isolation is also questionable as we were disturbed by the kids in the next room. Generally good experience :))

Honestly, the hotel is not at all as described. It is quite far from the city, and public transport is not very close at hand (due to the fact that the hotel is located in an industrial zone, a less populated area, it is not safe for walking at night). The hotel employees speak very little English, which did not suit me as a foreigner. The breakfast is very modest, but solid. Parking around the hotel is very difficult to find unless you pay extra for the garage.

Worst hotel ever! They don't let you set your own temperature on your room, they have a fake air condition control but it's always set on a high number after I called the front desk several times they told me they control the air conditioner for all the rooms and would not lower it even when I begged them to lower the temperature because I was sick in the room with 90 degrees F they said they would lower it one number at the most which is ridiculous but never did. Actually there was only one small vent in our room and I never felt any cool air coming out from there. I got very ill from the over heat and lack of fresh air since opening the window was impossible with the high temperatures outside. I do not recommend this hotel since the service at the front desk is horrible they don't care what you ask for even if you plead with them because you are not well.
