Great staff, very nice location this is my second time to stay in the same hotel. Restaurant, transportation, Arabic street, sweet shops and coffee all around the hotel. Reception and breakfast staff and housekeeping are amazing welcoming and greeting all the time. Thank you every time i will visit Georgia of course will stay in your hotel.
Amazing friendly staff and nice location. Irakli Abramashvili was a gentleman in managing our stay and taking care of requirements. Kudos to him and the hotel management for having such a talented young man serving the guests and going beyond and above expectations to provide high quality customer experience and hospitality.
1. The location is great. Next to the center city, and to the street with most Turkish restaurants 2. Quiet, very quiet 3. Rooms are dark and need to be repaired 4. Very tough pillows, as rock 5. Not enough light in the room 6. The breakfast room is very nice but the breakfast options are limited. No coffee (only for money), only boiled eggs, etc I've seen much better hotels with the score review above 9. This one 7.5 maximum
