Hotel Timeto Resort

Enchanting place! My wife and I celebrated our anniversary there with a relaxation program. We loved the wellness center; the experience shower with a tropical rain effect was lovely; everything was clean and comfortable. The pool, the highlight of the facility, is surrounded by greenery and offers a sense of peace and relaxation. We stayed for lunch at the facility, taking advantage of the option of a light lunch. The staff were excellent and very kind. We had a wonderful day.

The place is lovely, the staff very kind, courteous and helpful. We stayed there on our wedding night and they were so nice that in the morning at the reception they gave me a rose as a gift :) The room was very spacious and clean. The outdoor pool is very well kept, the indoor one is a little less so. The only flaw that doesn't allow me to give my best is the cleanliness of the reception and the restaurant with a few too many guests :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the facility lacked maintenance. The bathroom door wouldn't close because the locks were broken, the tub was small, making it almost impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom, the walls were thin (you could hear everything), and the ceiling was full of insects, as was the dining area. The bathroom smelled of sewage in the rooms. So if you're expecting a 4-star property, this isn't the place for you.
