Hotel Timisoara

I stayed recently at Hotel Timișoara and I was disappointed. The rooms look very old and really not up to date. We had no garbage bin in the room, no plug in next to bed, the only ones were next to TV, the wall have cracks, and the the window, although locked with a key, was not airtight and all the noise from the outside could be heard in the room and taking into consideration the location, it was a lot of voices and laughters and noise. The location is very good, in the old town side, in center, very close to everything you need. The personal was very nice and helpful, but all these, don’t make up for the rest of the inconveniences. I’m really wondering how come it still has 4****?!

Rooms are okay, everything necessary is there but it has no charm. My biggest issue was the luminous sign on the street giving light in my room. The service is really off, hard to get as much as a smile and I really wouldn't advise you to try to call them.. if they pick the phone they will make you understand that you are disturbing them The location is nice, close to the center and has a covered parking

There were 5 suites on booking at 120€/night. We went to the reception to book there as it was easier for us. When we arrived they told us it’s250€/night. We said what the price on booking was and they said “ok, better book there, then” and they CLOSED the bookings on the app. Then smiled and said “i guess all got booked in 5 seconds”
