Hotel Timisoara

Hotel has great location in the city center. Everything is on a walk distance if you want to visit city center. Hotel rooms are not so great it is a little bit old. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. There is parking garage in 2 levels so it is very secure - we have parked our motorcycle there

Rooms are okay, everything necessary is there but it has no charm. My biggest issue was the luminous sign on the street giving light in my room. The service is really off, hard to get as much as a smile and I really wouldn't advise you to try to call them.. if they pick the phone they will make you understand that you are disturbing them The location is nice, close to the center and has a covered parking

I stayed just one night, and while there were a few positives, overall the experience didn’t live up to 4-star expectations. The room was large and clean, and the staff was friendly and polite, which I appreciated. The location is excellent, right in the center of Timișoara — a big plus if you want to explore the city on foot. The hotel also has a spa, though I didn’t get the chance to use it, so I can’t comment on its quality. However, several things left a bad impression: • No complimentary water in the room — a basic gesture you’d expect at this level. • Parking was not free, which may be specified, but it still feels unfair for paying guests. • Very poor breakfast quality: tasteless tomatoes, wilted cucumbers, old bread, and unrefrigerated yogurt — all of which suggest a lack of care and low standards when it comes to food. All in all, I gave 3 stars only because of the clean room, central location, and nice staff — but I wouldn’t return.
