Hotel Timor

It was my first time in Mallorca so before you go get ready: it's more a German island than a Spanish one. The hotel is mostly frequented by German pensioners. The rooms are nice and breakfast/dinner are served with a buffet concept full of choice but of average quality. It seems the rooms were renovated recently but the surroundings belong probably to the 80s or so. In conclusion: if you don't care too much about a lively atmosphere this hotel works well

I chose this hotel because of its decent overall rating, but my experience was far below expectations—borderline unacceptable. The first morning felt like waking up in hell. Non-stop loud noises from cleaning machines filled the air, making it impossible to rest. To make matters worse, our room was placed right next to the glass container, ensuring we got the full experience of the garbage truck emptying bins at an ungodly hour. Absolute misery. We requested a room change, and while I appreciate that they accommodated us, I find it incomprehensible that we were assigned such a terrible room in the first place—especially during a period when the hotel was far from full. As if that wasn’t enough, the next morning at 11:05 AM, we were rudely reminded that check-out was at 11 AM sharp—as if we were being kicked out, despite the fact that we were literally about to leave. How unprofessional and discourteous! To top it off, there is no nearby parking whatsoever. The overall lack of respect for guests is staggering. If you value basic customer service and a peaceful stay, just avoid this hotel.

Not worthy for the Price. A bit outdated, rooms had wierd smells. The aircondition is only working with hot air, the floor is dirty, my bed has multiple black hairs, and the toilet even have brown spots on it. The rooms is also very sound sensitive.
