Overall very nice experience. Private beach makes life easy, but need swimming shoes to enter and exit water easily. Food nice, particularly lunch buffet. Fish could be a little fresher. Restaurant staff were excellent. Our 3rd recent visit.
Hotel is not 4 star or at least not all the rooms. Air conditioning is not fully working and breakfast is very limited.
We were chased off the beach (not even where the seats are) by a lifeguard who told us we weren’t allowed to be there because we weren’t hotel guests and the beds were full. We didn’t even want to be in a bed, we were just walking past. Utterly ridiculous. I see from other reviews it’s not uncommon at this hotel.
