Hotel Tiziano Gruppo Mini Hotel

Excellent stay in Milan ! Everything was amazing about the place! 2 min walk to metro, plenty of little restaurants around, very peaceful part of Milan. Great location!!! The room was really spacious and very clean. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, and they always smile. The breakfast was delicious each morning. Lots of gluten-free choices. Fully recommend and definitely will back

The hotel made a good impression. Check-in was very quick, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good—everything you need to start the day. Overall, it’s a standard hotel that maintains a solid level of quality. However, we were surprised by the parking fee. It’s something I rarely encounter, and it’s quite puzzling, especially given that the other services in the hotel meet a comfortable standard.

Very disappointing experience!!! I called just minutes after my girlfriend did a booking mistake with the dates. They said that they dont have availability for the next day so I ask for a refund. The staff told me only the manager could do it, but refused to give me his contact and spoke to me in a rude, casual tone with no professionalism at all. In the same time I saw that the manager refuses all my request to cancel the booking. I felt completely disrespected, worst hotel ever!
