Great Place but last 2 years thats actually Destan. Fabulous food
The hotel is really old and very dirty. There was hair everywhere in the room, it was filthy in the corners and on top of surfaces like the AC unit and there was almost no heating during the night. Woke up at 5am from the cold. It is definitely not a 4star hotel. Not even 3.
First af all the rooms weren't clean including floors and bathrooms, there was hair everywhere. The first night we found bed bugs and they bit us. The second night we found two cockroaches. Some windows were broken and the rooms were cold because of that. An awful experience
